DEVELOPMENT
 
The Sumner Properties development team is made up of Don Sumner and Bryan Austin. Don has been involved in development in the Athens area since opening Sumner Properties in 1978, Don developed The Athens Orthopedic Medical Facility and many other medical projects around Athens. Bryan grew up around the development business with his grandfather R.W. Porterfield, majored in Real Estate at UGA and has since worked on development projects in Athens such as The Markets at Epps Bridge shopping center and other student multi family housing projects.
